This custom 1967 Ford Mustang Pro-Touring build is powered by a Gen
2 Coyote crate V8 engine mated to a Tremec 6-speed manual
transmission. The complete restoration included blending
Eleanor-style exterior enhancements with modern Coyote power,
modern suspension engineering and a fully custom luxury interior.
It is equipped with Ford Racing performance electronics, Aeromotive
fuel rails, a Canton oil pan and a CVF Racing pulley system. A
Griffin aluminum radiator with twin Spal electric fans provides
cooling. Quick Time bellhousing and a McLeod hydraulic twin-disc
clutch send power to a Speedway Engineering full-floating 9-inch
rear end. The chassis is equipped with a Mike Maier Inc. MOD 2
front suspension featuring JRI coilovers, matched with a Mike Maier
Inc. cantilevered torque-arm rear suspension, also with JRI
coilovers. Braking is handled by Wilwood 14-inch disc brakes,
6-piston front and 4-piston rear, operated through a Wilwood master
cylinder. The car rides on 18-inch billet American Racing wheels
with billet knock-offs. The exterior features a full Eleanor-style
body package complemented by custom stainless upper and lower
grilles, shaved drip rails and a shaved cowl vent for a cleaner
profile. Inside, the cabin was fully 3D-scanned, with the rear
section CAD-designed and custom 3D-printed to create a reimagined
fastback-style interior. Custom seats are upholstered in full-grain
black leather with Alcantara suede inserts and paired with a suede
headliner. Dakota Digital gauges, a Flaming River steering column
and a Scott Drake pedal assembly provide precise driver engagement.
Comfort and convenience features include Vintage Air climate
control, power windows and one-piece door glass for a smooth,
modern appearance. Electronics are powered by an American Wire
harness, supplemented by a Scott Drake electric trunk release.
Technology continues with a premium audio system and a modern
infotainment interface equipped with navigation, Apple CarPlay and
Android Auto.
