This 1959 Chevrolet Corvette custom convertible is powered by a
283ci Chevrolet V8 engine paired with a 2-speed Powerglide
automatic transmission. It is equipped with an aluminum radiator,
power steering and a Mustang II front end with front coilover
shocks, along with a stock rear end featuring a triangulated
four-link rear suspension and rear coilover shocks. Stopping is
handled by front disc brakes and rear drum brakes with a dual
master cylinder conversion and proportioning valve. The exterior
includes new top irons and a new convertible top (not installed).
This Corvette rides on Coys C5 Chrome XL wheels measuring 18 inches
in the front and 20 inches in the rear, wrapped in 225/45R18 front
tires and 245/40ZR20 rear tires.
