This custom 1965 Chevrolet Corvette convertible is powered by a 502ci V8 crate engine equipped with Inglese injectors, Fast Sportsman 2.0 fuel injection, a Hogan intake and Concept One pulleys, with a dyno-tested output of 587 ft/lbs of torque at 4,500 rpm and 546hp at 5,100 rpm, mated to a Tremec 5-speed manual transmission. Mechanical features include front and rear QA1 adjustable coilovers, rack & pinion steering with aluminum control arms, Shark Bite rear suspension and power steering. The exterior is finished in Glasurit Torch Red basecoat/clearcoat and incorporates Detroit Speed headlamp motors, Paul Atkins fiberglass bumpers fitted flush to the body, chrome refinished by Paul's Chrome Plating, a wiper delete with custom cowl vents and custom hood vents.
