This 1963 Chevrolet Corvette 327/360 Split-Window Fuelie is powered
by the factory original matching-numbers L84 327/360hp
fuel-injected engine paired with the factory BorgWarner T10 4-speed
manual transmission. Of the 21,513 Corvettes made in 1963, only
2,610 of them were equipped with the L84 fuel-injected engine. This
one-year-only body-style Corvette received a professional frame-off
restoration that started with a "no-hit" body. As part of the
restoration in 2022, the engine, fuel-injection system and
transmission were all rebuilt. A factory-style clutch was also
installed. Mechanical updates include a new 2.5-inch exhaust
system, ignition tins and brackets, upgraded front rotor and
caliper assemblies, a new master cylinder, new rear shoes, and new
battery and correct battery cables. Exterior work includes new
black paint, rechromed original bumpers, new body seals, new
outside door handles with gaskets, rebuilt headlight motors and a
reproduction 1965-era air cleaner assembly. Additional features
include new knock-off reproduction wheels mounted with red line
tires, new seat belts (with the original belts included), new
emblems and all replaced bulbs. Interior updates include new
leather seat covers and cushions, as well as new carpet. The
vehicle also features a Level 5 ceramic coating applied by Tint
Cartel using the Ceramic Pro Gold Package, consisting of four
layers of 9H coating with an additional layer on exposed areas and
a lifetime warranty. From the Albert La Canne Collection.
