This 1969 Buick GS400 Resto-Mod is powered by a brand-new GM LS376
V8 engine paired with a brand-new 4L70E automatic transmission with
a Strange Engineering 9-inch rear end. This all sits on a Roadster
Shop SPEC 3 chassis with Baer four-wheel disc brakes and a custom
3-inch MagnaFlow exhaust system. Completed by Crown Concepts in
December 2022, it represents a full reimagining of this GS400 from
the ground up with brand-new components. It rides on 18-inch
Forgeline FL500 wheels wrapped in Continental Extreme Contact Sport
Plus tires. The body has been tastefully modified with shaved drip
rails and a custom Buick-style air intake on the LS3. The exterior
was finished in OEM Buick Burgundy Poly Mist accented by subtle
black Rally stripes. An Infinity Box wiring system was utilized
along with extensive sound-deadening. The car has Dakota Digital
instrumentation and a Vintage Air climate-control system to keep
the interior cool, and upholstery and finishes that retain the
period feel of a classic GS.
