This custom 1968 Chevrolet El Camino SS is powered by a GM
Performance ZZ427/430hp crate engine equipped with Hi-Tech coated
Hedman headers, mated to a GM Performance 4L85E Supermatic
transmission with included tuning data. It comes equipped with a
hydro-boost-assisted braking system that has been upgraded with a
four-wheel disc brake conversion and power steering. The suspension
features a CPP 1-inch rear sway bar and four-link rear trailing
arms. The interior includes a Shiftworks Chevelle dash, tachometer
and control panel conversion, along with a complete Vintage Air
climate-control system. Documentation includes three file folders
of books, manuals, parts information and restoration records.
