This 1963 Chevrolet Corvette custom convertible is powered by a new
6.2-liter LS3 engine rated at 480hp, paired with a Tremec T56 Super
Magnum 6-speed manual transmission powering a rear end with 3.45
gears. Its foundation is a modern Art Morrison G2 chassis with
independent rear suspension, a ride height lowered 1.5 inches,
adjustable coilovers and powder-coated components. The vehicle is
equipped with a TractionMax pedal control launch system, a custom
driveshaft, stainless brake and fuel lines, a Tanks Inc. fuel tank
with a float-less level sensor, a Holley fuel pump with a C5-style
fuel filter and internal regulator, and a DeWitts C2 radiator with
dual fans. Stopping is handled with hydro-boost-assisted Wilwood
disc brakes, 14-inch 6-piston front calipers and 4-piston rear
calipers. Additional mechanical features include a CVF Racing
front-drive system with an 8-rib serpentine belt and a GM
powertrain computer with the associated wiring harness. Exterior
equipment includes Detroit Speed headlight motors with automatic
open-and-close operation triggered by headlight activation, LED
headlights and LED park and brake lamps, Schott Mach V EXL
D.Concave wheels with custom offsets and Hankook red line tires,
size 275/35ZR20 and 235/40ZR18. Spent gases exit through a HighFlo
side-pipe exhaust system. Ceramic coating was applied by Tint
Cartel using the Ceramic Pro Gold Package, which includes four
layers of 9H coating with an additional layer on exposed areas and
a lifetime warranty. Interior features include tan leather
upholstery for the cabin and convertible top from C&L Interiors
of Tempe, AZ, Dakota Digital gauges, Vintage Air climate control
and a Retro radio with four speakers, a 400-watt amplifier and a
