Sportsman Red for the 1954 model year and is an early-production
example with a low 1500-series VIN. It is powered by its
matching-numbers 235ci Blue Flame inline-6 engine rated at 150hp
and equipped with three Carter single-barrel side-draft
carburetors, paired with a Powerglide automatic transmission. The
engine was rebuilt in 2023 by American Motoring Memories in Culver
City, California. Features include a beige cloth top, red vinyl
bucket-seat interior, stock instrumentation, wide whitewall tires
and full wheel covers.
