This custom 1969 Chevrolet Camaro is powered by a 6.0-liter Hot Cam
LS engine paired with a Tremec TKX 5-speed manual transmission and
is built on a Speedtech front subframe with tubular control arms,
rack & pinion steering and a high-strength sway bar. The rear
suspension uses a Heidts four-link kit combined with a Ford 9-inch
rear end featuring a nodular third member and 3.89 gears, with QA1
dual-adjustable coilovers at all four corners. Braking is handled
by C5 Corvette slotted and drilled disc brakes front and rear.
Additional mechanical equipment includes a stainless-steel fuel
cell with an electric fuel pump, a Griffin aluminum radiator with
dual electric fans, stainless-steel headers and a stainless-steel
exhaust system with electronic cutouts, along with billet aluminum
hood hinges, grille and pulley kit. The black interior with
carbon-fiber-style trim features power windows, power remote door
locks, a Guard Dawg push-button keyless start system, Dakota
Digital gauges and a 7-inch Ouku touchscreen with backup camera,
Blu-ray DVD/MP3 capability, subwoofer and four speakers. The
exterior is finished in Chrysler Toxic Orange with black Z/28-style
stripes, with much of the trim painted to match the body and
striping for a uniform appearance. This Camaro rides on 18-inch
U.S. Mags Gloss Black Rambler aluminum wheels wrapped in 245/45ZR18
Nitto NT555 tires in front and 275/40ZR18 Nitto NT555 tires in the
rear.
