This custom 1973 Ford Bronco is powered by a Gen 3 Coyote 5.0-liter
engine paired with a 10R80 10-speed automatic transmission. The
frame has been powder-coated Alien Silver metallic, and the
dual-stick transfer case has been professionally rebuilt. The
engine is a MARS-supplied 5.0 from a 2018 Mustang GT. The Bronco
features a complete new Shannon's body with built-in high wheel
arches, extensively massaged with hundreds of hours of bodywork,
finished in PPG Base and Clear Factory Blue Poly paint. Exterior
and body components include a new tailgate assembly, new 1-inch
lift, new weatherstripping and seals, new windshield, new door
hardware, new chrome hinges, new locks, new windows and regulators,
new fasteners and custom metal-formed door cards. Suspension
equipment includes a new 3.5-inch lift by James Duff, extended
radius arms and brackets, shocks and a front sway bar, and steering
geometry upgrades including a new drop pitman arm and track bar
bracket from Toms Offroad. Additional hardware includes a new HD
lower cup kit, new mounting hardware, six-degree leaf spring shims,
HD retainers, 5/8-inch U-bolts, HD shackles and new radius arm
bushings, along with new front and rear drivelines. Steering
components include new power steering with a tilt close-ratio
column from Toms Offroad and a wood-grain steering wheel with black
anodized aluminum spokes. Braking is supplied by new Toms Offroad
front and rear disc brake kits, new brake lines, new clips, new
pedal bushings, a new brake light switch, billet brake and
accelerator pedals and a new parking brake assembly. Electrical
features include a new Painless wiring harness with switch kit, new
speedometer cluster from Toms Offroad, LED headlights, chrome
bezels and an electric wiper kit. The heating system consists of a
complete new kit from Toms Offroad, including a new blower, heater
core, control valve and ducting. Interior upgrades include new
Dynamat in the front, new Walnut seats from Toms Offroad, new
three-point front seat belts, a locking center console and a JVC
Bluetooth-compatible stereo. Engine accessories include a new oil
and water gauge set, new complete 5.0 swap kit brackets from Toms
Offroad, new motor mounts, ceramic-coated headers, a new battery
tray with battery and cables, new transmission shift linkage, a
four-core tri-flow radiator with silicone hoses and zinc anode,
electric fans and a 2.5-inch exhaust with 14-inch MagnaFlow
mufflers. The fuel system includes a high-pressure fuel pump with
gauges, a new 23-gallon tank, filler neck and billet cap. Exterior
equipment includes a new show-quality front bumper kit and a rear
tire-carrier bumper. Additional features include a family-style
Krawlers Edge Sport Cage powder-coated black, 35x12.50R17
BFGoodrich KO2 tires and 17x9 Indy wheels. This build was completed
as a two-year professional rotisserie restoration by Glory Days
Auto Restoration in Battle Ground, Washington, with 450 miles on
the build.
