This custom 1971 Chevrolet K5 Blazer nicknamed "Black Tie" is the
product of a comprehensive build by Bader Ink. Power is supplied by
a 6.2-liter LS3 V8 engine, rated at approximately 430hp, and
dressed in upgraded custom valve covers with a BluePrint Engines
intake. The LS3 is paired with a 6L80 6-speed automatic
transmission and a rebuilt NP205 transfer case equipped with a
twin-stick shifter. Cooling is managed by an aluminum radiator for
dependable performance. A 4-inch suspension lift provides elevated
stance and capability, and this Blazer is riding on 35-inch
mud-terrain tires mounted to 18-inch polished Ion wheels. Stopping
power is provided by a hydro-boost braking system, including front
disc brakes and rear drums, while steering is handled through a
power assisted rebuilt steering box for confident drivability. The
exterior is finished in two-tone gloss black and white and fitted
with a 1967 Chevrolet front clip, giving it a clean,
early-generation aesthetic. The interior has been fully reimagined
with a custom black leather interior, utilizing modern Camaro seats
in both the front and rear for improved comfort and support. It
also features an Ididit tilt steering column and modern Dakota
Digital gauges. The cabin's climate is controlled by a Vintage Air
system with concealed hoses and wiring, contributing to a clean,
show-quality presentation. It features a smoothed fiberglass
removable top with a panoramic glass roof for a modern feel.
Electrical systems have been modernized with an American Autowire
harness, integrating seamlessly with a 10-inch Android Auto
infotainment system featuring wireless Apple CarPlay. This is a
fresh build with test miles only.
