This custom 1955 Chevrolet Bel Air was professionally restored and
upgraded with modern technology throughout. The two-year build was
done by well-known Komlofske's Restorations in Oregon. The fit and
finish clearly shows the attention to detail and amount of time
invested. Power comes from a GM LS3 engine generating a dyno-tested
526hp. The engine is backed by a TCI 4-speed automatic transmission
and is cooled with an aluminum radiator with an electric fan. This
Bel Air features an Art Morrison Performance front end and
suspension components, including tubular control arms, coilovers,
sway bar and power rack & pinion steering. The 9-inch Ford rear end
is held in place with a triangulated four-link setup using
coilovers and a sway bar. Stopping is courtesy of power-assisted
Wilwood disc brakes at all four corners. Other features include
ceramic-coated long-tube headers with a custom H-pipe MagnaFlow
dual-exhaust system, powder-coated chassis components, a smoothed
firewall, custom electric solenoid door openers and an electric
taillight fuel door opener. The custom interior is upholstered in
two-tone leather with a wood-grain dashboard, premium Alpine stereo
system, Vintage Air system, a custom console, tilt steering wheel,
power windows and a modern electric gauge cluster. This Bel Air
rides on 18-inch Billet Specialties aluminum wheels wrapped in
Cooper tires. The sale includes the dyno sheet and
restoration/build receipts.
