This original 1997 Land Rover Defender 130 custom 6x6 double-cab
pickup is powered by a brand-new 670hp LT4 supercharged V8 engine
paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission with rear-wheel
adaptor from Turn Key Performance Engineering. The complete
drivetrain was installed and connected to fully rebuilt Ashcroft HD
LT230 gear and transfer boxes by Scully Offroad in Rancho Cordova,
CA. The body, chassis, suspension and interior received a complete
back-to-metal, body-off, nut-and-bolt restoration by Vision
Defenders. One of only a handful of these 6x6 130s built by Land
Rover for military special forces, it features a selectable drive
for the third axle, allowing constant power to be distributed to
all six wheels, as well as an Aeromotive fuel system. It's equipped
with an external roll cage, a new air-conditioning system and
soundproofing mats and carpets throughout. This Land Rover rides on
seven new 35-inch Mickey Thompson tires mounted on black aluminum
RVS wheels, complemented by a Puma hood and updated Puma dash. The
reengineered interior features Exmoor Trim sport leather seats in
the front two rows, full Dakota digital instrumentation, a 10-inch
touchscreen with Bluetooth and Apple CarPlay, and a rearview
camera. CARFAX shows Not Actual Mileage title issued on 05/10/2023.
