This custom 1978 Ford Bronco XLT Ranger is the recipient of a
comprehensive, frame-off restoration. Powering this Bronco is a
7.5-liter fuel-injected Ford big-block crate engine paired with a
C6 automatic transmission and NP205 transfer case. The drivetrain
features a Ford 9-inch rear end and Dana 44 front axle, both
equipped with 3.73 gears, with a posi-traction unit in the rear for
improved traction. Supporting the powertrain is an oversized
radiator and a custom 3-inch lift performance suspension system
with dual front Fox Racing shocks. A custom MagnaFlow exhaust
system delivers a deep, refined tone. The interior is a fully
custom creation by Armando's Custom Interior, featuring premium
black leather combined with German blue plaid inserts that
complement the exterior perfectly. Attention to detail is evident
throughout, with updated Dakota Digital gauges, a Vintage Air
climate-control system and a Bluetooth audio system seamlessly
integrated for modern convenience. Every major component -
including the frame, axles and suspension parts - has been
powder-coated for durability and a clean, uniform appearance. The
body was completely disassembled, sandblasted, metal-worked and
refinished in BMW Yas Marina Blue Pearl, accented by a crisp white
two-tone coastal-inspired look. This restoration is fully
documented with extensive before-and-after photos, capturing the
depth and care put into every stage of the build. It has been
driven approximately 500 test miles since completion.
