This one-of-a-kind 1956 Chevrolet Corvette convertible was
custom-built by Back Bay Customs in Portland, ME, with over
$300,000 invested in the build. It is powered by a supercharged
392ci Chrysler HEMI V8 engine built by Hemi Haynes out of Sarasota,
FL, from a 392 HEMI block, producing 750hp and mated to a B&M
automatic transmission. The car rides on a custom chassis,
providing exceptional handling and stability while retaining the
Corvette's classic design. This build combines classic Corvette
styling with modern performance and engineering.
