This 1962 Chevrolet Corvette custom convertible is powered by a GM
Performance Connect and Cruise Gen V 6.2-liter LT1 direct-injected
engine dressed in a blacked-out Holley front runner accessory
drive. The engine is paired with a 4L75E 4-speed automatic
transmission connected to a Strange Engineering third member with
3.70 gears. It rides on a Galaxy Silver powder-coated Art Morrison
GT sport chassis featuring sport suspension with Strange aluminum
coilover shocks that are fully adjustable for ride height. Stopping
power is provided by power-assisted Wilwood brakes with 13-inch
slotted and drilled rotors, 6-piston calipers up front and 4-piston
calipers at the rear. The stainless-steel exhaust system features
MagnaFlow mufflers. This custom Resto-Mod rolls on custom-built
Schott Performance wheels measuring 20 inches in the rear and 19
inches in the front, wrapped in red line tires. The body was
professionally restored and finished top to bottom in a custom
mixed Jewel Blue Pearl with Sterling Gray Metallic coves under high
solids clearcoat. The 1961-style cove trim was added, and all
chrome and stainless components were refurbished. The interior is
completed in Brandy Wine-colored leather with double-stitched black
accents and gray German square-weave carpet. The cabin features
concave seats for increased legroom, a Vintage Air Gen V Super
Cooler system, Dakota Digital RTX gauges, a Bluetooth OEM-style
radio and a Shiftworks shifter. The trunk is finished to match with
Brandy Wine leather and gray square-weave carpet. Additional
features include a Pepper-colored Stayfast convertible top, LED
lighting and a linear hood-opener. This professionally built
Resto-Mod was completed in August 2025 and has test miles only.
