1966 Ford Mustang GT350 Tribute, S/N 6T09A255763, Wimbledon White with Guardsman Blue stripes and black 2+2 interior. Under the fiberglass hood we find a Hi-po 302ci V8 with aluminum heads and a great sounding cam. Holley 650 carb, long tube headers, MSD ignition, Cobra intake, valve covers and oil pan. Tremec 5 speed transmission, Ford 9” rear with 370 gears and LSD. Koni shocks, 1” front sway bar, front discs and dual master cylinder. Starting with a great A-code fastback, this GT350 has been owned by the same local collector for over 28 years and once he acquired it, he had the best Mustang shop in the area make the Shelby transformation…holding up years later and looking good in and out. Inside we find a wood Shelby steering wheel, dash mounted tach, racing style lap belts, B pillar roll bar, folding rear seats, GT350 door sills, and glove box door signed by Carrol Shelby. 15” American Racing rims and the Shelby rear brake cooling side scoops are functional.
