The 1967 El Camino marked the final year of this first generation
'hybrid pickup'. The Gen1 model was based on the mid-sized A-body
platform with body-on-frame design. The interior space mirrored the
Chevelle model, offering a comfortable car-like driving experience.
Styling updates to the '67 model included a new grille, revised
bumpers and subtle trim changes that gave the El Camino a modern
look.
