This is a true 1965 Impala SS 327-4v classic with bucket seats, center console and a 4spd manual transmission. It was originally purchased at Latimer-Looney Chevrolet in Kingsport Tennessee and remained there and with the family until 2015. The original title as well as manual with protecto plate are in place. There has been a total of 3 owners documented and believed to be 107k original miles. The numbers matching 327 V8 is still in place.
It went from Tennessee in 2015 to North Carolina where extensive work was done to the front suspension including front power disc brakes, drop spindles, sway bar and all new rubber bushings through-out. The rear drum brakes were also redone along with a new power booster and master cylinder. The newer dual exhaust sounds throaty and it’s sitting on staggered American Racing 17” wheels with Nitto performance tires. All new interior was installed as well until she moved to her current home in Montana.
You’ll notice by the pictures and videos there are some exterior areas that are reflected in the price. This is one that you can either cruise as she sits or build equity as you continue to bring her back to her original state. This one runs and drives great, runs down the road very smoothly and gets up and moves when you need it to. There are some additional items that come with such as all 6 new LED taillights if you choose to install them.
