-This car was long term owned by a very meticulous MG enthusiast for the past 26 years. He had the car professionally "glass out" repainted and carried out the remainder of the restoration himself to high standards.
-This car is wearing excellent show quality bodywork and paint, new windshield glass, new front and rear rubber gaskets (with anodized insert strips correctly installed), new bumper set with overriders, grille, new body molding set, new body rubber kit, etc. - all carefully installed.
-The car's interior shares the same story here. It's been 100% renewed with re-upholstered black leather seats piped in correct light blue, new headliner kit, OEM fine pile black wool carpet set, new panel kit and armbars, new rubber sill mats, MG logo rubber front floor mats, door seals, 3-point seat belt set, new steering wheel, tasteful and custom " MK1 styled " dashboard.
-Mechanically, the car is fantastic. The low miles are original to the car. It drives beautifully with taught and quiet suspension, strong pulling engine, perfectly shifting gearbox with a working overdrive unit. The braking system has been completely renewed along with a new steel line set. The engine compartment has been stripped and properly repainted. Just about all the engine ancillary items have been replaced/restored, and the car's wiring is in perfect order.
