This 1974 Porsche 911 coupe was modified in RS-style in 2007 and the installation of rear fender flares along with a fiberglass ducktail decklid and bumpers. Power is supplied by a 3.0-liter flat-six equipped with dual PMO carburetors and linked with a five-speed manual transaxle. Finished in Viper Green with black Carrera graphics, the car rides on 15″ Fuchs wheels and is further equipped with Koni shocks, MSD ignition, and tubular headers. Inside, low-back bucket seats are trimmed in black leatherette and accompanied by a CD stereo, a 930S-style steering wheel, and leather luggage straps.
The car was fitted with a longhood conversion, a ducktail decklid, rear fender flares, and RS-style fiberglass bumpers during the build in 2007 and was repainted in Viper Green. Exterior details include black Carrera-style graphics and side mirrors as well as H4 headlights with body-color bezels, decklid exterior rubber latches, and Euro-style taillights.
The 15″ Fuchs wheels feature black centers and are mounted with Falken Azenis RT660 tires. A space-saver spare is stored in the front trunk. Koni shocks are installed at each corner, and stopping power is provided by gold-painted calipers over slotted and cross-drilled disc brakes all around. A front strut tower brace has been added.
The cabin houses low-back front bucket seats trimmed in black leatherette accompanied by a color-coordinated dashboard, door panels, and carpets. The rear seats have been deleted, while an RS-style glovebox badge, an aftermarket CD stereo, and leather luggage straps have been added. A Porsche-branded chrome fire extinguisher is stored in the front trunk compartment.
The three-spoke 930S-style steering wheel sits ahead of VDO instrumentation that consists of a 150-mph speedometer, a centrally mounted tachometer, and gauges for fuel level, oil level, oil temperature, and oil pressure. The five-digit odometer shows 57k miles.
The 3.0-liter flat-six to have been sourced from a 911SC Targa prior to being installed during the 2000s build. Induction is via dual PMO carburetors, and MSD ignition components include a Blaster ignition coil and an MSD Street Fire CDI ignition module.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a five-speed Type 915 manual transaxle that was reportedly rebuilt as part of the project. The car is equipped with exhaust headers in place of the heat exchangers.
