AS OF FEBRUARY 5TH, 2026, I HAVE A CONTRACT ON THE LAND WHERE MY
BUSINESS, CLASSIC CARS OF SOUTH CAROLINA IS LOCATED. I WILL HAVE TO
DISPOSE OF EVERYTHING ON THE PROPERTY BY THE END OF THE YEAR, CARS,
TRUCKS, PARTS, STORAGE BUILDINGS AND ANYTHING ELSE LOCATED ON THE
PROPERTY. PLEASE SAVE AS MUCH AS YOU CAN FROM THE CRUSHER. MAKE ME
A REASONABLE OFFER ON ANYTHING I HAVE AND IT MAY JUST BECOME YOURS.
GIVE ME A CALL AT 864 313 2908. THANKS, RON AYERS. You are looking
at a 1966 Classic Cobra 427 reasonable facsimile project car. I
manufactured about 18 of these cars in the early 80's. About half
of the cars I built were completed cars and the other half were
rolling body kits. I have added a copy of the brochure that I used
to promote the vehicles and a large picture that is hanging in my
office. This is a body that was laid up a few years ago and was
never built. I had the frames built by a local race car shop here
in Mauldin South Carolina. It used MG Midget Doors with roll up
windows, along with the Midget convertible top assembly, you have a
car that is all weather instead of side curtains and a top that you
have to fold up and put in the trunk as the original Cobra's had.
The frame uses a Mustang II front suspension. This project comes
with a Midget parts car to get all the Midget parts you need to put
it together. I only put small block engines in the ones that I
built, however, I understand that at least one of the kits that I
sold had a big block installed in it. I had plans to build this car
as a keeper but at 76 years old I know it is time to let someone
else have the pleasure of building and enjoying it. I feel that my
price of $8,000 is very realistic for a project vehicle like this
one with the potential that this vehicle has. We offer a 90 day lay
away on many of our vehicles. Just break the cost of the vehicle
into 4 equal payments 30 days apart, and, once it is paid for, you
can take possession of the vehicle. I might consider a possible
trade, what do you have? What are you looking for? Lets talk!!! I
sure would love to make this Classic yours. What can I do to make
that happen? If this Classic is the vehicle of your dreams then the
best time to buy it is BEFORE someone else does. NOW is the time.
The customer who MAY have looked at it yesterday and said I will
buy it tomorrow MAY come back and buy it today while you are
waiting to buy it tomorrow. Do not wait another minute. Give me a
call right NOW at 864-313-2908 so we can make this beauty yours.
