INTRODUCTION: Even more spectacular in person, the pearl colors
dance in the sunlight. This was professionally built in Las Vegas
and featured as the cover car and center spread in Rods & Rides
magazine.
EXTERIOR: The timeless hot rod: a chopped 3 window coupe with
suicide doors! This one is a full fendered Downs body that's all
smooth, straight, solid and fits great. The doors open by a remote
key fob. The paint is stunning in person because both colors are
pearl. The white pearl and golden yellow pearl is broken up with a
thin blue pinstripe. The paint is a beautiful, quality job that was
laid out properly and polished smoothly. It has picked up just a
few nicks/chips while being enjoyed. It has full size headlights
with Ford script lenses and in back it has LED taillights and a 3rd
brake light in the window. The glass has a light smoked tint, the
windows are power. The rear splash pan has a recessed license plate
and a flush mount fuel door. It's rolling on staggered size
polished Torque Thrust wheels, 17s in front and 20s in back for
that hot rod stance. They are wearing performance tires.
INTERIOR: This interior has been taken to the next level with some
very stylish custom features. The custom dash flows right onto the
door panels and the console is designed to match. Everything that
is soft is wrapped in genuine leather. The entire inside of the cab
is sculpted and upholstered, the custom sport seats feel great.
Down on the floor it has custom cut carpet with leather bound
edges, along with seatbelts, a chrome e-brake lever and a polished
Lokar shifter. It had a new set of AutoMeter gauges in a polished
billet instrument panel. The Vintage Air controls and vents are
very clean and simple. The tilt column is polished and has a Billet
Specialties steering wheel. Overhead is a console that has interior
lights, a stereo and a back up camera screen.
ENGINE COMPARTMENT: A potent 383 stroker motor sits under this
hood! It has a polished aluminum Edelbrock intake with a dual feed
Holley carb, a billet distributor and a set of headers. It's
dressed up with a matched set of polished aluminum air cleaner,
valve covers and breathers. It runs cool with the big polished
aluminum radiator. There's a number of other polished components as
well and the engine bay is painted slick.
TRUNK COMPARTMENT: It has a power lift trunk lid and once you look
inside you'll see all the custom work. It's completely boxed and
upholstered including under the trunk lid. The floor is
carpeted.
UNDERSIDE: This car is sitting on an Outlaw chassis. The frame is
boxed and smoothed with tubular supports. Upfront it utilizes a
Heidts independent suspension with polished tubular control arms,
coilover adjustable gas shocks and rack & pinion steering. In back
it has a 4 link system with polished tubular control arms and
coilover adjustable gas shocks. The great sound comes from the
exhaust with stainless pipes going into Dynamax mufflers and
turndown tailpipes. It gets its stopping power from disc brakes at
all 4 wheels with polished calipers, there is an e-brake system
too. A composite fuel tank stores the petrol. There are remote
battery terminals and a disconnect switch. Looking up at the motor
it has a chrome high torque starter and flywheel cover. The trans
is a 700R4 overdrive automatic with a remote oil cooler. The
driveshaft leads back to a 9 inch rear. There is an abundance of
glossy yellow paint under this car and it is still very clean.
SERVICE: We take pride in our cars and reputation. Therefore, we
built a 2 million dollar, 10,000 square ft service center, and
hired a team of technicians to service the essentials on every car
we sell.
CONCLUSION: It was built to a show quality standard then it was
shown, driven and enjoyed which is exactly what you should do!
For nearly 30 years, I, Jay Grams, have personally written the
highlights for almost every car in our collection. What I provide
is my professional opinion based on my experience with these
vehicles. However, opinions can vary, and I strongly recommend a
personal inspection to form your own view. Our sales team is always
available to answer any questions you may have. One great option is
to request a personalized walk-around video, where we can showcase
the car and share our team's insights. **Our cars are displayed
within a museum setting. If you are interested in a specific
vehicle, please schedule an appointment with a salesperson to view
it. Without an appointment, there is an admission fee to enter the
showroom. If you decide to purchase a car, your admission will be
refunded, and you'll receive a one-year museum membership.
