If you like to stand out and surprise people with something
different at car shows and cruises, this 1967 Ford F-100 Restomod
short bed is the way to go. This beautiful piece of art has a Hot
Raspberry Pink paint job that looks phenomenal with the lowered
suspension on the 20-inch chrome rims. And while being custom, it
still holds onto its 1967 F-100 classic good looks. It had a
frame-off restoration with new fenders, floors, glass, bumpers, and
way too many more replacement pieces to list. This is a really cool
truck that would make for a lot of fun to drive.
The interior is extremely custom. The door cards are in good shape,
along with the bench seats, dash pad, headliner, and carpet. There
is a custom billet and wood steering wheel with a Ford center
piece; between that and the shiny steering column, it makes for a
nice focal point for the interior. The gauge cluster is customized
and loaded with Marshall gauges and a Jegs speedometer. All of the
controls below stay in their stock positions. In the center of the
dashboard is a Pioneer head unit equipped with AM/FM/CD/Aux and
Bluetooth radio. Out back, there is a Rhino bed liner that matches
the color scheme well and provides protection if you need to haul
something.
The engine bay looks good and hosts many performance upgrades, like
an aluminum radiator with electric cooling fans, a serpentine belt,
braided hoses, a chrome Edelbrock air cleaner, and a 4-barrel Quick
Fuel Carburetor. The heart of the engine bay is a 302 cubic-inch V8
that has been Dyno'd at 374 horsepower. The engine is mated to a C4
3-speed automatic that connects to a 9-inch Ford rear end. The
lowered suspension is equipped with coil springs in the front and
leaf springs in the rear. A new brake booster was installed to
assist the front power disc brakes and rear power drum brakes.
Bolted in front of the brakes are chrome 20-inch Ultra Motorsports
wheels with 265/50R20 tires. To keep this baby sounding as good as
it looks, Hooker long-tube headers are installed, with dual
exhaust, aftermarket mufflers, and some nice chrome tailpipes.
