i mentioned the armrest cracking. The only other cosmetic issues is a small (hardly noticeable) ding in the rear trunk area (See photos).
This Mercedes has always been stored in enclosed garage. Original paint is in excellent condition.
Last Spring, I had the car throughly looked over by Louisiana specialized mechanic, and he okayed it mechanically solid. I did have him repair some brushing in the transmission shifter. Easy fix. Works great now. Truly car runs smoothly and could be an everyday driver though I never used it in that way.
Have a paperwork from original owner. It is a pretty large amount with mostly small repairs. I purchased from Ozark Imports in Springdale, AR. The original owner was a friend of his.
My wife and I purchased a home in Key West 4 years ago. Turns out, we are living there 8 months of the year. I have a 1997 Alfa Romeo Spider Veloce to occupy love for classic cars. I do like, and my wife loves this Mercedes, but don’t want to take to Key West where it would likely get dinged and rust. Too nice of a car. I do hate to sell, but we do not really have time in Louisiana to justify keeping it right now.
