1967 Buick GS400 - Gorgeous example of early "Gentleman's Muscle" and GM's flagship luxury performance model! Inaugural first-year for the "GS" nameplate and a very solid west coast car with previous long-term ownership in Arizona then Georgia. TRUE "44617-VIN" GS powered by it's original and rebuilt 400ci-4bbl Big Block V8 which was exclusive to these cars (1381624 casting) and properly adorned with the iconic "Star Wars" air cleaner. Factory optioned with the "Super Turbine" TH-400 3-speed automatic, factory power steering, power disc brakes up front and an updated HEI electronic ignition. Exterior has received one repaint in the RARE original color of "Green Mist" metallic with a new vinyl roof and shows wonderful. Chrome and trim appears to be original to the car which also shows very well but the rear bumper is starting to show a little of it's age. Car is a great cruiser and really looks the part on a set of 15" polished aluminum Torq-Thrust wheels with Bridgestone radial tires. Interior contrasts beautifully in the correct "light fawn" tone throughout with factory bench seat, comfort-grip[ sport steering wheel, tilt column, Soft-Ray tinted glass and COLD A/C which has been updated to R-134. An upgraded AM/FM/CD stereo has been added under the dash along with accessory gauges to keep an eye on your vitals. Trunk area is nicely detailed with correct mat, spare and jack. Underside is very solid with no signs of any current rust or rot issues. Car is nicely documented with tons of ownership history including service records, receipts, literature and manuals. In a world full of Chevelle's, Nova's and GTO's, some dare to be different and want to look good doing it.
