INTRODUCTION: Another great Chevelle! The fit, finish and function
is very impressive. Fresh body off frame restoration on a rust free
Arizona car. It was given many upgrades that make it a fantastic
driver so don't let the sleeper post coupe 300 fool you!
EXTERIOR: Built in California and lived in Arizona, it's an all
original metal car! Every inch is laser straight and the gaps are
spot on. The hood is a custom one of a kind and really looks great
on the car. Painted Cortez Silver Chroma Base with Chroma Max clear
and it is polished like glass. Just about every piece of chrome and
trim were replaced. The weatherstrips, window seals and windshield
are new. The stance is tough sitting on 15 inch rally wheels, wider
in back. The wheels are wearing shiny trim and BFG sneakers.
INTERIOR: The blue is a refreshing pop against the silver! It's
like new inside and has a few upgrades. The entire dash area is
restored and upgraded with a great looking set of Dakota Digital
gauges that light up blue. The heater control panel is upgraded
with electric slides and there is a digital retro stereo. The seats
were rebuilt with new cushions, upholstery and trim. The carpet is
fresh, the console looks new and has a working clock. The deluxe
steering wheel is mounted to a tilt column. You won't see it but
I'm sure you can appreciate the new wiring harness and updated fuse
block. Overhead the new headliner fits as tight as a drum, the
matching visors are new too.
ENGINE COMPARTMENT: Completely rebuilt, balanced, and Dyno tuned.
It was bored 30 over, has a Comp cam, roller rockers, etc; an
itemized invoice will be included. On top it has a factory aluminum
intake with a Holley Sniper fuel injection. It also has a billet
distributor with electronic ignition and a set of coated headers.
It's making 387 HP and 418 lbs of torque, Dyno sheets included. The
front of the motor has a March runner system with billet brackets
and serpentine pulleys. It has a Vintage Air heat and a/c system,
the mini compressor is polished and the lines run out of sight
behind the fender. It has a polished 1 wire alternator and a modern
power steering with a remote reservoir. It runs cool with an
aluminum water pump and radiator with dual electric fans and a
polished overflow bottle. The wiper motor was replaced, squirters
and horns are hooked up. It's fresh and detailed, I love the billet
hinges!
TRUNK COMPARTMENT: Under the trunk lid and jamb are painted slick
like the car. Inside is pristine metal that has been spatter
painted.
UNDERSIDE: The body was off the frame during restoration. The
suspension and steering was completely rebuilt and upgraded with a
Hotchkiss kit. It has tubular control arms, fatter swaybars and
coilover adjustable gas shocks front and back. It has an upgraded
fuel system for the fuel injection including a new tank. It also
has a fresh dual exhaust system. The brake system was redone; it
has disc in front, new e-brake assembly and new lines. Looking up
at the motor it is spotless Chevy Orange with a high torque
starter. A 200R4 overdrive automatic transmission with an aluminum
finned pan lets you cruise down the highway. A rebuilt driveshaft
leads back to the 12 bolt posi rear with 3.73 gears. The spotless
floors, inner rockers, braces are painted gloss black.
SERVICE: We take pride in our cars and reputation. Therefore, we
built a 2 million dollar, 10,000 square ft service center, and
hired a team of technicians to service the essentials on every car
we sell.
CONCLUSION: This is a very well built, dialed in muscle car! Ready
for show and go!
For nearly 30 years, I, Jay Grams, have personally written the
highlights for almost every car in our collection. What I provide
is my professional opinion based on my experience with these
vehicles. However, opinions can vary, and I strongly recommend a
personal inspection to form your own view. Our sales team is always
available to answer any questions you may have. One great option is
to request a personalized walk-around video, where we can showcase
the car and share our team's insights. **Our cars are displayed
within a museum setting. If you are interested in a specific
vehicle, please schedule an appointment with a salesperson to view
it. Without an appointment, there is an admission fee to enter the
showroom. If you decide to purchase a car, your admission will be
refunded, and you'll receive a one-year museum membership.
