Rare is a word that is very often overused in the hobby. I suppose it's all a matter of opinion. Here is a case where it's my opinion this car is a rare bird. Not only because of what it is but also it's factory color. This is a real deal GT500. Produced by Ford's SVT team in conjunction with Carol Shelby and his team. Equipped with a supercharged 5.4 V8 and a heavy duty, six speed manual transmission.
Painted in rare Vista Blue of which only 1054 were produced in this color.
This example has a clean, accident free Carfax and title. Something you want to look for on these. A very clean and straight car with hardly a flaw. Just 34,498 miles too! Car runs and drives fantastic as well. The engine light is on due to the fact that the factory catalytic converters were removed. We are including those with the sale. Check out the full gallery of photos in the link below. I also have a short walk around video I can share to those interested. This car is part of a large collection we are assisting with. In person inspections are encouraged. These cars have been driven very little over the past few years.
