Melanson Motors is proud to offer this stunning 1964 Chevrolet Corvette Coupe. This car was built March 30, 1964 in St. Louis, Missouri. It was born Ermine White over Black Vinyl. It is presented now in a beautiful Milano Maroon over Black Vinyl interior. The paint is show quality with very few flaws. The interior is also in excellent shape with all gauges functioning properly. This Corvette was imported to Ontario from Florida in 1981 and has been with its most recent owner for the last 11 years. The 1981 customs entry form is included in the paperwork. This car has incredible documentation with a binder full of hundreds of receipts dating back to the 1980's. The receipts include countless new parts and services from over the years. They also include old appraisal reports, paperwork for an engine rebuild and new clutch in June 1991, new wiring harness in 2004 and dash cluster rebuild in 2004. This Chevrolet starts, runs, and drives extremely well. It is comfortable on the road and could be driven anywhere. The engine is a correct non number matching 1964 327. It has a Holley 365hp carburetor and a matching set of 1966 double hump heads. The 4-Speed Muncie is the original numbers matching transmission. The rear end is a 3.36:1 posi. The car sits on 15" knock off style wheels with white stripe Michelin radial tires.
