We can all agree that the TJ Wrangler's were highly capable
off-road vehicles. They were a bit rigid and underpowered, so
someone put this one under the knife and solved both of those
issues. It now has a 5.3L Vortec V8 in it so that no one will ever
be able to say it's underpowered again. A new 4L60E automatic
transmission, 241 transfer case, 4:1 low gear kit, and G2 Core 44
axles make up the rest of the drivetrain. With 4.88 gears, front
and rear e-lockers, these 35x12.50 Toyo tires get turned with ease!
Air them down and utilize the Steinjager quick disconnect sway bar
and you are ready to commit to some serious crawling. With armor
protecting the vitals, stubby bumpers, steel tube clearance
fenders, rock sliders, an oversized winch, roll cage, and full size
spare, you can swing for the fences without hesitation. The list of
goodies goes on and on, with Rusty's offroad long arm kit, track
bars, spare tire brace, 17" Pro Comp black wheels, Bilstein 5100
series shocks, 28" of suspension travel, an aluminum radiator,
Powerstop front brake kit, and a 16 gallon Rock Crawler aluminum
fuel cell. This is one of the cleanest swaps we've had through the
store with the A/C intact, power steering and trans coolers, an
odometer that was reset when the swap took place, and fully
functional factory gauges in the cluster. An accessory fuel can,
spare set of coil springs, and a surplus of additional parts occupy
the cargo area. If you've been after a capable off road vehicle
that stands out from the crowd, this 2003 Wrangler SE should be the
perfect match.
