2023 Dodge Challenger SRT Demon 170
For sale is a rare 2023 Dodge Challenger SRT Demon 170 with only 11
miles on the odometer, finished in the limited-production Sinamon
Stick exterior paint. A collectible example of Dodge's ultimate
modern muscle car. This Dodge Challenger SRT Demon 170 is #2,461 of
approximately 3,300 examples built for the model year. It is
powered by the 6.2-liter High-Output V8 equipped with a 3.0-liter
supercharger with a 3.02? pulley and a 105mm throttle body in
addition to revised fueling system components, Nitride-coated
intake valves, copper-lead bearings, and upgraded cylinder head
studs when compared to the previous Demon model. The horsepower
rating adjusts automatically based on the ethanol percentage in the
fuel, and output ranges from 900 horsepower and 810 lb-ft of torque
with conventional E10 fuel to 1,025 horsepower and 945 lb-ft of
torque when using E85. The engine is also equipped with an SRT
Power Chiller, which utilizes the air conditioning refrigerant to
cool the air entering the intake ports. Power is routed to the rear
wheels via a TorqueFlite eight-speed automatic transmission and a
3.09:1 limited-slip differential with a strengthened housing and a
240mm ring gear. The Demon 170 also features an improved rear prop
shaft and 43-spline rear half shafts.
Dodge released seven different Last Call special editions for the
2023 model year to celebrate the end of production of the Charger
and Challenger, and the Demon 170 was the final special edition
variant. This example is 1 of 56 finished in Sinamon Stick for the
production year and features an Air-Grabber hood with a Satin Black
graphic as well as "Alcohol Injected" lettering on the hood-scoop
bezel. Other exterior details include a front splitter that has
retained its yellow scuff guards, Air-Catcher HID headlights,
flared rear quarter panels, dual exhaust outlets, and an SRT
Performance rear spoiler with an integrated rearview camera.
The 18? front and 17? rear forged aluminum wheels are mounted with
Mickey Thompson tires. Stopping power is provided by black
four-piston Brembo calipers with yellow SRT lettering over
ventilated discs. The Demon 170 is equipped with an
edition-specific Drag Mode suspension with adaptive-damping shocks
as well as launch control, a line lock, and a revised
transbrake.
The heated and ventilated seats are upholstered in Black Alcantara
and Laguna leather, and carbon-fiber trim accents the dashboard and
center console. Shift paddles are affixed to the rear of the heated
Alcantara-wrapped multifunction steering wheel, which frames a red
220-mph speedometer, a 7k-rpm tachometer, and a 7? configurable
digital display. The digital odometer indicates 11 miles. The
optional Premium Group adds a suede headliner, a premium-stitched
dash panel, a blind spot monitoring system, rear cross-path
detection, and an 18-speaker Harman Kardon audio system with a
trunk-mounted subwoofer. Demon 170 models left the factory with a
reduced amount of sound-deadening materials compared to the
standard Challenger.
This example is documented with a plaque below the passenger air
vent that identifies this Demon 170 as #2,461, and a "Last Call"
plaque is affixed under the hood near the driver-side headlight.
The original window sticker, Demon decanter set, is also included
in the sale along with build documents and cleaning products,
verifying its authenticity and provenance. Combining raw power,
advanced engineering, and exclusivity, this 2023 Demon 170 stands
as a pinnacle in modern American performance and collectible Mopar
history. For more information, contact LRA Auto Museum and Sales at
