1965 Rolls-Royce Silver Cloud III LWB The Silver Cloud 3 represented a watershed moment for Rolls-Royce, combining the traditional luxury elements and a newfound sense of modernity. Its 6.2-liter V8 engine, an improvement over the previous Silver Cloud II, upheld the Rolls-Royce ideal of gradual refinement. However, the Silver Cloud III also signaled the company's first foray into contemporary styling, with quad headlamps, a lowered hood and radiator shell, all adding a touch of modern flair. Inside, the interior retained its timeless craftsmanship the marque was renowned for, with Connolly leather and opulent Carpathian burl wood trim retaining the timeless craftsmanship that was Rolls-Royce.
