1969 Mercedes Benz 280SL. This Mercedes has just come out of long
term ownership. Comes with a 2.8 liter straight six engine and an
automatic transmission. Engine numbers are correct for a 280SL and
we believe the engine is original to this vehicle. Equipped with
power steering, power brakes and air conditioning. The engine does
turn freely, but is not currently running. Disc brakes on the front
and rear. Comes with both the Hardtop and Soft top. Has all four
Mercedes wheels with hubcaps. Original spare is also included.
The interior is complete and in decent shape. The dash, gauge
cluster and clock are original. Factory radio. Original bucket
seats. Glass is all there and in good shape. Manual windows and
roll up and down without any issues. Soft top is in great shape.
Does have a few rust areas. Comes with a clean California
title.
