distinguished by its iconic split front window and period-correct
drab green and off-white color scheme.Recently rebuilt 1600cc
flat-four air-cooled engine, four-speed manual transmission, and
well-maintained interior with wood flooring, a pop-up roof, fold-up
table, and vent windows with matching curtains. Cabinetry and
storage within the interior, rear seating that folds down into a
bed surface for sleeping. Windows dressed up nicely inside with
curtains. Recent service includes new gaskets, brake work, replaced
wheel cylinders, and an alignment. The tires are slightly aged but
still serviceable for short trips. Slight steering slack noted. On
the road, smooth operation, comfortable driving experience, and the
distinctive VW driving feel, easy to steer, and responsive steering
with excellent visibility.
