This 1967 Chevy K10 Short Box StepSide Pickup is a nut and bolt
frame off restored truck that looks, runs, and drives amazing. It
does not get much nice than this with beautiful paint, perfect
lines, doors that shut perfect, and a brand new drivetrain. This is
a real factory 4WD Short Box truck from the factory which is rare.
This truck was professionally restored and the last owner invested
over $70,000 in the restoration. Everything was new or redone when
restored and the truck originally came from Nevada. To say the body
is super straight and clean is an understatement. The Midnight Blue
Metallic paint was professionally applied and looks fantastic. The
body and paint are near perfect. The grille was restored, new oak
wood was installed in the bed, new chrome bumpers, new glass, new
rubbers, weatherstripping and seals, etc. The underside was also
detailed and painted and looks great! There are obviously no rust
issues with this truck.
The interior was also completely restored and painted too. New
carpet, new seat upholstery with new foam, new headliner, new door
panels, new dash pad, new dash bezel, new aftermarket Custom
AutoSound radio with bluetooth, and new gauges. It also has a brand
new heat and AC system that works great by Old Air Products. They
added an aftermarket steering column with tilt wheel. The gauges
all work. The headlights, taillights, brakelights, and turn signals
are all working. The horn and windshield wipers also work. The
interior looks new like the rest of the truck. All of the
electrical works great as it had a new up to date wire harness and
fuse box with modern fuses installed.
Mechanically this truck is top notch!!! It runs and drives
excellent. The engine is a brand new 5.7L 350 V8 from Blueprint
Engines and it has only 120 miles on the entire build (Part
#BP350CTCK). The engine has 341 HP and it came a complete engine.
It has aluminum heads, roller cam, aluminum intake, Holley Carb,
HEI ignition, new starter, new alternator, new fuel pump, and new
power steering pump. It has a March serpentine belt system. It has
an aluminum radiator with dual electric fans. It also has MagnaFlow
exhaust. The transmission is the SM420 4 speed manual that shifts
great and was rebuilt (new clutch also). It is mated to the T221
transfer case that was gone through and resealed. The 4WD works
like it should. They added custom driveshafts front and rear. The
rear axle is a 12 Bolt with 3.73 gears. They updated the front axle
with a Corporate 10 Bolt for the disc brakes. It also has 3.73
gears. It has power front disc brakes and power steering with a new
gearbox. The fuel tank was removed from behind the rear seat and
relocated into the bed with a fuel cell. The suspension and brake
system is all new when restored. This is all sitting on a beautiful
set of aluminum wheels with Falken WildPeak Tires size 265/75/16.
What a truck!!
