This 1927 Ford Roadster is incredible! What a build! Just look at
the underside photos and you'll see what we mean. If you are in the
market for a radical, head-turning streetrod...Look no further!
When this car was built the owner did everything to the extreme!
Almost every aspect of this vehicle has been overbuilt to ensure
longevity! Why spend six figures to win car shows when it can be
done for a fraction of that?!
Nearly everything is painted, powder coated, chrome, billet,
polished, etc. It is a show car that you can drive to and from the
show thanks to the V8 power and 4-speed automatic overdrive
transmission. This beauty is powered by a mildly built and well
dressed 327 CID V8 paired with a 700R4 automatic that sends power
out to the shortened Ford 9" rear end. 4-wheel power disc brakes
with rack and pinion steering make it a breeze to drive and enjoy.
Adjustable coil over shocks, a 4-link in the rear, nice e-brake
setup, panhard bar, master cylinder and adjustable proportioning
valves can all be seen along side the custom frame. Strange axles
in the rear hold a set of massive Hoosier Quick time Pro 28X14.50
15LT slicks and a Ford 9" rear with 4.11 gears puts the power to
the pavement! The 4 wheel disc brakes feature Aerospace Components
brake calipers and cross drilled/slotted rotors to bring all that
power to a stop when needed.
She is a real looker too!! Bright red paint on a nice straight
fiberglass body is something anyone can appreciate! It sits nice
and low giving it a great aggressive stance. A sweet roadster
windshield is cut nice and low adding to the vintage vibe!
Centerline racing wheels and radial tires complete the look! The
red paint on the glass body is a professional job and shows
incredibly well with great depth and shine. This full-fendered 27
looks great and the beige interior gives it a touch of class with
the wood steering wheel, B&M shifter, and full compliment of
VDO gauges in the dash. Seat belts keep you and your passenger safe
while you enjoy the rowdy rumble of the headers ringing out that
classic American V8 song!
