INTRODUCTION: Here is some sexy muscle! Stunning factory black with red interior, only 640 of all fastbacks were made in this combination. Built by Ford 427 Guru Bill Parham, this was his personal car for 35 years. Then his niece inherited the car, she worked at Summit Performance where this car was on display in their showroom.

EXTERIOR: I don't need to tell you the lines on a 69 Mustang fastback is among the best of all cars. The body is laser straight with no rust or damage. Repainted its original Raven Black color and it has a mirror reflection. It also has the black out hood treatment in a satin finish and the red reflective stripes really pop! Then add the spoilers, sport mirrors and window louvers and you have one of the hottest Mach 1s around. The cherry on top, or I should say on the bottom in this case, is the 15 inch Magnum 500 wheels wrapped in BFG tires. The chrome, weatherstrips and windshield all look great.

INTERIOR: Factory born red deluxe interior! The deluxe includes molded door panels and high back bucket seats which are in excellent shape. The carpet and headliner look fresh and fit right. The dash pad and instrument panel were replaced. It has a vintage Sun tachometer mounted on the column along with a Shelby style steering wheel. It was also upgraded with a retro stereo. The center console is home to the 4-speed Hurst shifter. Overall it is in excellent shape and fully functional inside.

ENGINE COMPARTMENT: Bill Parham built, blueprinted and Dyno tuned. He started with a 427 FE block and stroked it to a 484 making 514 horsepower and 554 lbs of torque! It has a Scat steel crank, H-beam rods, Keith Black hypertech pistons, Demos solid lift cam, double roller timing chain, polished aluminum intake with dual Holley 600 carbs. It also has ceramic coated headers and MSD 6AL ignition. Not only is it a strong running beast but it's dressed up real sharp. I love the finned valve covers and air cleaner. There are several parts that have been chromed including the optional Monte Carlo bar. All the components look proper and the engine bay is clean metal that was neatly painted.

TRUNK COMPARTMENT: Under the trunk lid and the jamb look slick, inside is solid and painted semi gloss. The weatherstrip and trunk mat were replaced. A car cover and box of miscellaneous extras are included.

UNDERSIDE: The Mach 1s came with the competition suspension steering and suspension, it was completely rebuilt in this car at the time of restoration and maintained since. Upgraded with welded in frame connectors and tubular traction bars. It has disc brakes in front, drum in back, the e-brake is hooked up. Great sounding dual exhaust has been ceramic coated, has Flowmaster mufflers and the quad tips going through the valance. The fuel system was replaced including the tank. Looking up at the motor it has a chrome extra capacity oil pan and a chrome flywheel cover. The Top Loader 4-speed looks very fresh. It has an 11 inch clutch and a Hurst shifter. The original nine inch rear end was just rebuilt with new bearings, 31 spline axles, new 3.50 gears and a Detroit Locker. The floors and frame rails appear to be rock solid.

SERVICE: We take pride in our cars and reputation. Therefore, we built a 2 million dollar, 10,000 square ft service center, and hired a team of technicians to service the essentials on every car we sell.

CONCLUSION: Not only did the 427 guru build this motor but he built it for himself! Someone is going to get a very exciting car. Just looking at it is exciting but getting behind the wheel and letting out that clutch is when the real thrill begins!
