This Camaro Type LT features believed to be partial original paint, a beautiful type lt interior, the original numbers matching 350 engine, and the original bill of sale and several dealer documents and build sheet. This Camaro is very solid with great lines and gaps and has no rust issues or bubbling paint anywhere around the car. This Camaro is finished in the beautiful and desirable color combinations of Silver over Type LT Black custom vinyl interior. This is the factory color scheme as verified on the trim tag pictured above. this is a Southern California car and stayed in California until 2025 when it shipped to Ohio.
Exterior
The Silver exterior is in good condition. This Camaro has believed to be partial original paint with some panels being repainted. The paint is in good overall condition and both bumpers are in good shape with no flaking paint. The Type LT emblems are originals and in good condition and set this car apart from others. There are some minor imperfections that may not be noticeable in the photos, but noting was intentionally excluded from the photos. The tires were recently replaced and have near full tread left and wheels are new torque thrust rims and are in excellent like new condition. All weather stripping and window sweeps are in great condition. Trunk is very solid and clean with the original trunk mat and original spare tire. The underside is clean and honest and rust free and has no rust issues or previous rust repairs. The underside was rust proofed when new which really helped to keep this car rust free. New front and rear shocks were added. The body and underside is very solid and there are no rust bubbles anywhere and no cracked paint.
Interior
The Type LT Black custom vinyl interior of this Camaro is in excellent overall condition. The seat covers are in like new condition with no major wear, seam splits, or rips or tears. The driver seat features the rarely seen factory recline lever which allows the drivers seat to recline a bit. The carpet was replaced and in new condition with no major stains, rips, or holes. The door panels are in excellent condition and both door pulls are solid and in tact. The dash is in excellent condition with no cracks or fading and the dash bezel is in great condition as well. The top of the dash is not warped like most are from this era. The upgraded CD stereo works well and both rear and front speakers were upgraded with new units and the system sounds awesome. The package tray is in like new shape. The headliner was replaced and like new. All interior and exterior lights and gauges work as they should, outside of the clock. The horn, wipers, stereo, and blower motor all work. This car has factory AC and all the components seem to be in place. It will most likely need a charge to blow cold.
Mechanical
This Camaro is in great mechanical condition and still hosts its original 350 engine. We have driven this Camaro numerous times around town and it always performs well, does not run hot, rides tight, and is a true joy to drive. The battery was replaced and so was the fuel pump and oil pan. The wiper motor was replaced. In the video one can observe this car running and driving with no excessive rattles or noises, and the car handles and performs well. This Camaro is an great driver that feels good on the road and at highway speeds. It starts right away every time, idles well, and runs good. The brakes do not pull and stop as they should and the master cylinder was replaced. This Camaro has upgraded dual Flowmaster exhaust which has a great muscle car sound at idle and cruising speeds. Also, the engine is clean and nicely detailed as one can see from the photos.
