restoration completed in 2013 and owned by the Hendrick's
Collection, this beautiful Fathom Blue (code 28) with white
stripes, white vinyl interior and white convertible top is arguably
one of the most desired color combinations for the 70 SS. Features
a rebuilt 454CI/450HP LS6 engine coupled with an M22 Rock Crusher 4
Speed Manual Transmission. Paint is beautiful and all the panels
are solid and are lined up beautifully. All the chrome trim and SS
Badging are intact and in excellent condition. White bucket seat
interior is in excellent condition with proper gauge cluster
including clock, seat belts, Factory AM radio, console with storage
and custom Muncie Shifter. Undercarriage is immaculate and features
great sounding dual exhaust exiting through chrome tips. Car rides
on Factory Chevelle Rally wheels mounted with the period correct
Firestone Wide Oval tires. Driven only 42 miles since restoration.
