1979 Chevrolet K10 For Sale
This 1979 Chevrolet K10 has been through a frame-off, nut-and-bolt
restoration about six years ago, including full bodywork and paint.
Since then, the current owner has further improved it, starting
with a rebuilt 350 V8 in the first year of ownership. The motor
features all new internals: flat-top high-compression pistons,
roller rockers, a 3/4 cam, new rings, and 202 aluminum heads. It
breathes through an Edelbrock AVS2 carburetor and Weiand Street
Warrior intake, with stainless long-tube headers feeding into true
dual exhaust with Flowmaster mufflers. Power is delivered through a
Turbo 350 automatic transmission to 3.08 gears.
The truck rides on a 2" lift with 33" tires, stopping via front
disc brakes and rear drums. The interior is fully refreshed with
new seats, carpet, dash, headliner, and seatbelts. Audio has been
upgraded with a modern radio paired to a Harmony Audio A400.1 amp,
new speakers, and a subwoofer for quality sound.
This K10 blends the fresh presentation of a restored squarebody
with a performance-oriented drivetrain, modernized interior, and
mild lift that makes it as enjoyable to drive as it is to
admire.
