1969 CHEVROLET CHEVELLE SS 396 4-SPEED, 12 BOLT REAR END This 1969
Chevelle looks amazing in a factory color, Tuxedo Black with a red
factory SS stripe running down both sides. The clear coat finish
has been color sanded to perfection and has a very glossy finish.
Looking down both sides it is straight. The door jambs have a
glossy finish as well. It has new weather stripping, window seals,
door handles and emblems. The front bumper and grill look
excellent, the front and rear bumpers have been re-chromed. All the
brightwork has been polished and all the trim looks amazing. The
glass shows well with its factory tinted glass. It rides on a set
of factory 14x7 SS YA coded wheels with a new set of 225/70/14 BFG
T/A raised white letter tires. The interior is nice with its
factory black bucket seat interior. In between the factory bucket
sets is a Hurst 4-speed shifter coming out of the 4 speed console.
It has new seat upholstery and foam, new headliner, carpet and door
panels. The whole dash area is in good condition. It has the
optional tach and gauges and factory SS steering wheel. The dash
pad has no cracks in it. The heater controls slide with ease. It
has a retro AM /FM radio. It also features new sill plates and
original GM seat belts. The engine compartment is nicely detailed
with its completely rebuilt, date coded 396 ci motor, casting
number 3955272 suffix code JK. It runs exceptionally well. It has a
few performance upgrades: Edelbrock aluminum intake manifold with
dual feed Holley carburetor, correct dual feed factory fuel lines,
correct exhaust manifolds and correct spring type battery cables
giving this Chevelle a very nicely detailed and correct look. The
engine bay has a nice black satin finish. The undercarriage is all
clean metal. It features power front disc brakes, power steering
and a Muncie 4 speed manual transmission. The bottom of the motor
is clean. The front suspension and steering components have been
completely rebuilt: bushings, ball joints, springs, etc. It also
has 4 new shocks. It has factory style stainless dual exhaust
running out the rear of the car with correct style tips. There are
all new fuel lines and brake lines. It has a newer gas tank and
straps. It features rear boxed in control arms and rear sway bar.
The floors are clean and have a black satin finish for a nice clean
factory look. The trunk is like the rest of the Chevelle, rock
solid and all clean metal. It was finished with a coat of Black &
Aqua spatter paint. It comes complete with a spare tire, trunk mat
and jack. This Chevelle is an absolute pleasure to drive and is
exceptionally nice to look at!! *Please contact us for the most
