For Sale: 1956 Ford Sunliner in Burbank, California

Vehicle Description

This is a California car and has been garage kept. It is rust free, stock and has its original paint. My father, one of the founding members of the LA Roadster Club, gave me this car upon his passing. It has been in our family since the mid 60’s. I am selling it so someone can enjoy the car and take care of it as it deserves

My father made a list of what he did to it before his passing. The list was dated 4-2011:

new u-joints, hoses, interior, tires, top, mufflers and tail pipes, front grill, shocks, and new front wheel bearings

rebuilt rear springs, automatic transmission, entire front end, radiator, power steering slave cylinder, vibration damper, and rebuilt generator.

40K miles on 292 cu in motor

I just had the Holly carburetor rebuilt and installed a new battery. This car runs great. The top will not go up. I can hear the top motor trying to raise it, but I don’t know much about the hydraulic motor that runs it. There is a small crack on the passenger side window and chips and wear in the paint. See pictures and video for the condition of the car.  This car is a head turner and a great cruiser.

I have an extra motor/ transmission along with 2 additional manifolds and an air filter. See pictures.
