Welcome to Street Dreams as we celebrate our 26th year in the
classic and muscle car business. Chevrolet's C/K series of trucks,
particularly the half-ton C10's, are credited by many as being the
forerunners of the modern pickup truck. The C10's combination of an
independent front suspension mated to a trailing arm/coil spring
rear suspension provide the C10 with a vastly superior ride
compared to its competition. The series also introduced numerous
comfort and convenience features that were previously unavailable
on pickups, thus paving the way for today's cowboy Cadillacs. This
sweet 1972 Chevy C10 Cheyenne Super (YE9) is an excellent example
of the most popular of the C10's, the 1967-1972 Action Line trucks.
Beneath the hood rests the 350 V8 (EC V0417TDJ, RPO LS9) that's
listed on the SPID label in the glove compartment. Additional
features include power steering (N40), power front disc brakes
(J70), air conditioning (C60), automatic transmission (M49), tilt
steering column (N33), Cheyenne Super package (YE9), AM/FM/MP3
audio system, matching olive bed liner, and huge alloy wheels with
aggressive tires (255/30ZR22 F, 295/30ZR22 R). The original bench
seat and upholstery (TR 613) are showing considerable wear and the
interior of the cab has not been repainted. Please note the
outstanding condition of the frame and chassis in the images above.
One more classic pickup from the Texas Hill Country's premier
source for classic vehicles and the team that can make your dream a
reality. Street Dreams (830-997-1950) is a full service dealership
that can assist with worldwide delivery, insurance, and financing
options.
