INTRODUCTION: #s matching and factory colors! This must be the
Corvette Prince sang about, it is beautiful. Easy, comfortable
Corvette to drive with all its options: a/c, ps, pdb, pw, side
exhaust. Yet it is still exciting with its rumbly side exhaust,
sports car performance and sexy looks.
EXTERIOR: It is shiny and slick! The body looks smooth and
straight, the headlights open properly and the doors shut like new.
Repainted its original rally red color but it didn't look this good
in 1967, it is polished like red glass! The bumpers, emblems,
stainless moldings, door handles, correct antenna, and taillights
have all been replaced. It has good original glass, including the
windshield which indicates low miles. New side exhaust, a favorite
of mine. They look great and sound even better! It sits proudly on
a set of 15 inch bolt on aluminum wheels wrapped in BF Goodrich
radial redline tires.
INTERIOR: It is neat as a pin inside and looks fantastic in red!
The carpet is fresh front to back, the seats have firm cushions and
are reupholstered like new, the door panels and headliner look new.
All the red trim and dash pads are looking fresh. The center
console looks mint and is home to the power window switches. The
factory gauges, dome light and am-fm radio work.
ENGINE COMPARTMENT: It has very desirable features under the hood
of this one: Factory air conditioning, power steering and power
brakes. This all makes driving this car a complete pleasure. At the
heart of it is its original VIN number matching 327 making 300
horsepower. It has stock manifolds, ignition shielding and finned
Corvette valve covers. Overall it is a very proper and clean
looking engine compartment.
UNDERSIDE: Underneath is also clean and proper looking. It has
independent suspension front and back in good working condition. It
also has four wheel disc brakes and the e-brake assembly is hooked
up. Looking up at the motor it is clean, the starter looks fresh
and it has the correct oil filter canister. Correct Powerglide two
speed automatic transmission and in back is its original rear end
with 3.36 gears. The fiberglass floors are still raw and have not
been painted over. The spare tire carrier is still in place and the
chassis has been cleaned up and sprayed semi-gloss black.
SERVICE: We take pride in our cars and reputation. Therefore, we
built a 2 million dollar, 10,000 square ft service center, and
hired a team of technicians to service the essentials on every car
we sell.
CONCLUSION: This one stands apart from the others with its
originality, colors, condition and options! Someone is really going
to enjoy this Corvette, shouldn't it be you?
For nearly 30 years, I, Jay Grams, have personally written the
highlights for almost every car in our collection. What I provide
is my professional opinion based on my experience with these
vehicles. However, opinions can vary, and I strongly recommend a
personal inspection to form your own view. Our sales team is always
available to answer any questions you may have. One great option is
to request a personalized walk-around video, where we can showcase
the car and share our team's insights. **Our cars are displayed
within a museum setting. If you are interested in a specific
vehicle, please schedule an appointment with a salesperson to view
it. Without an appointment, there is an admission fee to enter the
showroom. If you decide to purchase a car, your admission will be
refunded, and you'll receive a one-year museum membership.
