INTRODUCTION: Party in front, business in back: Half SS Chevelle, half truck! It's good looking El Camino is optioned out real nicely and restored very well.

EXTERIOR: This is a good looking El Camino, my favorite feature is the cowl induction hood with the functioning flapper door. The body is clean, even down under the rocker panels. It is straight, including the long quarter panels. The doors shut like new. Repainted Cortez Silver, the metallic is laid out evenly and the clear coat is polished glossy. There is some cracking on the roof. The SS stripes are painted on correctly along with the SS blackout on the tailgate. The chrome and trim looks like it has been replaced, so have the weatherstrips.

INTERIOR: I'm sitting in the car and it looks like it was restored right back to how it was in 1970 sitting on the showroom floor. In front of me is an all new instrument bezel with new factory gauges including a tachometer and a working clock. The vents, heater control panel and dash pad were replaced. It's upgraded with a retro stereo, speakers are behind the seat. It also has a tilt column with a deluxe steering wheel. The door panels, armrests, window cranks have all been replaced. Fresh carpet down on the floor, it has original seat belts. The seat has been reupholstered too. Up above is a working dome light, tight fitting headliner, visors and a new mirror.

ENGINE COMPARTMENT: Under the hood also looks like 1970. You have the Chevy orange big block 396 at the heart of it with factory chrome valve covers and a complete functional cowl induction air cleaner assembly sitting on top. It also has factory air conditioning that's been updated to 134 freon. It features power steering and power brakes. Overall very clean and proper looking.

TRUNK COMPARTMENT: The tailgate opens properly, bottom of the tailgate is clean and the cables and latches were replaced. Inside is straight, clean metal with no dents or damage painted glossy like the exterior.

UNDERSIDE: Underneath of this car is very clean, solid and proper. The suspension and steering has been gone through. The brakes are working great with disc in front and the e-brake is hooked up. The fuel tank and straps have been replaced. The dual exhaust has a crossover pipe and polished stainless Borla mufflers. Looking up at the motor it is clean Chevy Orange, the starter looks fresh. It has a Turbo 400 automatic trans and a 12 bolt rear end. The floors and inner rockers are clean solid original metal, the frame is also solid.

SERVICE: We take pride in our cars and reputation. Therefore, we built a 2 million dollar, 10,000 square ft service center, and hired a team of technicians to service the essentials on every car we sell.

CONCLUSION: We don't get nearly as many of these as we do Chevelles if you're looking for a nice El Camino with good options, here is your chance!

For nearly 30 years, I, Jay Grams, have personally written the highlights for almost every car in our collection. What I provide is my professional opinion based on my experience with these vehicles. However, opinions can vary, and I strongly recommend a personal inspection to form your own view. Our sales team is always available to answer any questions you may have. One great option is to request a personalized walk-around video, where we can showcase the car and share our team's insights. **Our cars are displayed within a museum setting. If you are interested in a specific vehicle, please schedule an appointment with a salesperson to view it. Without an appointment, there is an admission fee to enter the showroom. If you decide to purchase a car, your admission will be refunded, and you'll receive a one-year museum membership.
