When launched in 2003, the Gallardo marked a turning point for
Lamborghini as
its first widely produced model under Audi ownership. Designed by
Luc
Donckerwolke with influence from Italdesign, it featured sharp,
angular styling
that set the tone for Lamborghini's modern era. Powered by a
5.0-liter V10
engine and equipped with all-wheel drive, the Gallardo was
available with both a
six-speed manual and an automated manual "E-gear" transmission. It
became
Lamborghini's best-selling model, combining everyday usability with
exotic
performance that garnered widespread critical acclaim globally.
Finished in striking Rosso Leto, this 2006 Gallardo boasts an
equally striking
Nero Perseus leather interior. The mighty 5.0-liter V10 is mated to
the
six-speed E-gear transmission. The car was additionally specified
with the front
axle lift, rear view camera, and an integrated navigation system
when new. The
clean CARFAX Vehicle History Report begins on 24 March 2006 when
the Gallardo
cleared customs in Providence, Rhode Island. It then went to Ohio,
where it was
sold to its original owner by Nelson Auto Group of Marysville on 21
July 2006
with 32 delivery miles. The car remained under their care for the
next 17 years
until 2023 when it left Ohio for the first time to join its second
caretaker,
based in Florida. The current, Georgia-based owner then purchased
the car in
February 2025 with just over 6,500 miles.
As presented today, this Gallardo remains in superb condition,
displaying just
6,756 miles at cataloging. With its fantastic condition, low
mileage, and
striking color combination, this car stands out as one of the most
appealing
examples currently available. With the increasing push towards
electrification,
this naturally aspirated V10 Italian supercar is well-positioned to
serve as the
ideal sporting antidote.
