This 1964 Pontiac GTO convertible was assembled at the Fremont, California, plant in July 1964 and initially delivered to Warren-Vivaldi Pontiac in Sacramento. It was acquired by the seller in 2000, and the 389ci V8 was refurbished and bored .060″ over in 2022. The exterior is finished in Pinehurst Green with a black soft top, and equipment includes a four-speed manual transmission, a limited-slip differential, an Edelbrock carburetor, 15″ Rally II-style wheels, and power steering. The cabin is trimmed in black upholstery and outfitted with an AM radio and a heater. This GTO convertible is now offered with PHS Automotive Services documentation, service records, and a clean California title in the seller’s name. The 389ci V8 was rebuilt and bored over to achieve a 400ci displacement in 2022, and the engine build details are displayed in the associated service record in the gallery. It is equipped with a Melling RV camshaft, a chrome single-snorkel air cleaner, and an Edelbrock carburetor and valve covers.
