2003 Ford Mustang ROUSH Conv - Killer example of a special collector's edition pony car with all the modern Show & Go you need! This particular vehicle has a squeaky clean 2-owner history since purchased new with only 23k meticulously maintained actual original miles and completely un-modified! RARE 1 of only 100 Boyd Coddington "California Roadster" cars that were sanctioned by Ford and sold through select primetime dealerships around the country. These were all individually numbered cars (#07) and had a very distinct package that included custom designed two-tone paint, aero kit, interior, nameplates, badging and a hand-signed gauge cluster by Boyd himself. Not only did Coddington's Rod Shop put a creative cosmetic touch on them but the renowned horsepower-hound Jack Roush also had his input to make these cars perform as good as they looked. These ROUSH Stage-2 equipped cars had special tuning, gearing, braking, exhaust, suspension and wheels which made them really stand out amongst others. Powered by the factory equipped 4.6L-V8 with 5-speed manual transmission and limited-slip rear-diff, these cars are just an absolute blast to drive. Very comfortable at any speeds, in any conditions and anywhere. Exterior finished in a beautiful piano black over brilliant silver two-tone with a striking red pinstripe break line. An aggressive body kit, beefy rollbar and sweeping rear spoiler gives it a mean stance which is also accompanied by the chrome 18" ROUSH wheels wrapped in BFG radial tires. The black power convertible top is in excellent condition as is all the glass from front to back. Interior contrasts nicely with gray and black tones throughout laid across plush leather sport bucket seats which are custom embroidered as well as the carpets and floor mats. Brushed aluminum trim adorns the interior as well, along with intricat white face gauges. Everything works as it should including COLD A/C and the complete ROUSH tool kit in trunk is still in-tact. Engine bay is extremely clean and detailed as is the undercarriage. No signs of any rust or rot issues anywhere. These "new edge" Mustangs have been on the rise lately and becoming very popular amongst Ford enthusiasts worldwide.
