This 2020 Ford Mustang Shelby GT350R Heritage Edition is chassis
LR266 with only 28 miles. Ford produced only 535 2020 Ford Mustang
Shelby GT350R Heritage Edition cars. These were part of a limited
run and finished in Wimbledon White with Guardsman Blue side
stripes and racing stripes. The 1965 Shelby GT350 Competition model
inspired the design. Powered by a 5.2-liter Voodoo V8 linked with a
Tremec six-speed manual transmission and a Torsen limited-slip
differential. The 5.2-liter Voodoo V8 features a flat-plane
crankshaft along with dual overhead camshafts, variable valve
timing, an engine oil cooler, and a commemorative plaque that
displays the signature of the engine builder. Factory-rated output
was 526 horsepower and 429 lb-ft of torque, sent to the rear wheels
via a Tremec TR-3160 six-speed manual transmission and a 3.73:1
Torsen limited-slip differential. Additional coolers for the
engine, transmission, and differential were standard.
The Heritage Edition Package specified Wimbledon White paint with
Guardsman Blue side and over-the-top racing stripes as well as
front and rear exterior badges also finished in Guardsman Blue.
Additional features include HID projector headlights, a
carbon-composite front grille, a functional hood and fender vents,
a front splitter with the Shelby logo, a carbon-fiber wing, LED
taillights with sequential turn signals, and quad exhaust outlets.
Black 19? carbon-fiber seven-spoke wheels are mounted with Michelin
Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires. The R-specification suspension features a
MagneRide damping system, and braking is handled by two-piece brake
rotors with Brembo calipers at all four corners.
The cabin features Recaro sport seats trimmed in Ebony cloth and
Miko suede with red accents. The Alcantara-wrapped steering wheel
frames a 200-mph speedometer, a tachometer with an 8,250-rpm
redline, auxiliary gauges, and a central multi-function digital
display. Additional gauges for oil pressure and oil temperature are
mounted in the center stack. The rear seat is omitted on R models,
and equipment includes a 12-speaker Bang & Olufsen sound system,
blind-spot monitoring (BLIS), a rearview camera, dual-zone
automatic climate control, cruise control, and a touchscreen
infotainment system with voice-activated navigation. The
passenger-side dashboard plaque designates this GT350R as chassis
LR266. This car still retains its original packaging, original
window sticker, and manufacturer's literature.
