Survivor Classic Cars Chicago is proud to present this stunning
1972 Chevrolet Corvette convertible. Under the hood is a recently
rebuilt (estimated 1,200 miles) L48 350 cubic inch Chevrolet V8
paired to a 3-speed automatic transmission sending power to the
rear wheels. The restoration of this Corvette was done extremely
well. The vehicle has virtually no overspray from the paint,
indicating that it was completely stripped. The color is a modern
interpretation of Monaco Orange, but with some metallic sparkle,
almost a pearl. The included hard top is painted to match. The
bright orange contrasts well with the black vinyl interior. Many
often-overlooked areas of the car were gone through, as well, and
look just as good as the parts that you see: the under hood
compartment, the underside of the chassis, and the rear convertible
top storage area are all in great shape and very presentable. The
engine starts up easy and sounds deep and powerful, courtesy of a
full stainless Magnaflow exhaust system. The transmission shifts
easily from gear to gear, and this 'Vette cruises like a dream!
Don't miss an opportunity to bring home a show-ready chrome-bumper
drop-top 'Vette!
